Employment Solicitor (NQ-2)

Join a leading Employment team, ranked top tier in Chambers & Partners and Legal 500. This is a great opportunity for a Junior Solicitor to grow their career in a highly respected national team based in Edinburgh.The Role

You’ll work closely with clients across the UK and beyond, providing advice on a wide range of employment law matters, including:

  • Day-to-day HR advice and employee relations issues
  • Drafting contracts, policies and procedures
  • Employment tribunal litigation - from ET3s to hearings
  • Negotiating and drafting settlement agreements
  • Providing employment support on corporate transactions
  • Supporting and delivering client training sessions
  • Getting involved in business development activities

What You’ll Bring

  • NQ-2 years’, ideally with employment law experience in a commercial firm
  • Genuine interest in employment and immigration law
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and research ability
