Description
- Handle residential and commercial conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.
- Draft and review legal documentation, including contracts and title deeds.
- Conduct property searches and liaise with external parties such as estate agents and solicitors.
- Provide accurate and timely updates to clients regarding case progress.
- Assist with post-completion tasks, including registration of titles and dealing with Stamp Duty Land Tax forms.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate case records and manage deadlines effectively.
- Support the wider legal team with ad-hoc duties as required.
Profile
A successful Conveyancing Paralegal should have:
- Proven experience in residential and/or commercial conveyancing.
