Executries Paralegal – Edinburgh  

A well-known national firm in central Edinburgh is seeking to hire an experience Executries Paralegal to support its Private Client team. The firm has worked hard to create a positive and dynamic environment bursting with life which wants you to further develop your skills and legal career.

The day to day:

Providing a platform for you to create, develop and maintain client relations with an emphasis on helping the firm bring in new business expanding with the firm as it’s rapidly growing.

  • Providing timely and sound legal support on a range of Executries matters
  • Manage a varied caseload effectively and independently
  • Remain up to date about the latest developments in the field including CPD requirements
  • Draft, review and manage legal documentation
  • Conduct legal research and investigate the facts on each case
  • Liaise with the client and relevant parties
  • Manage client expectations by adopting a proactive approach

Are you the right Candidate? 

Determine to find somebody with around 3+ years existing Private Client experience in Edinburgh.

  • Excellent people skills – confidence and capable of working as part of a bigger team across multiple locations
  • Strong general administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • Calm under pressure, good organisational skills and excellent time management – with the ability to prioritise and deliver to deadlines
