We're currently recruiting Factory Workers to support our biscuit production operations. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone reliable, hardworking, and looking for steady weekday work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor production lines to ensure consistent quality
- Pack finished products into boxes and prepare for dispatch
- Carry out quality checks and report any issues
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area
- Follow health & safety procedures at all times
- Assist with loading/unloading materials as required
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets
What We're Looking For:
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to follow instructions and learn new tasks
- Previous factory or food production experience is a bonus, but not essential - full training will be provided
