Description

Produce accurate resourcing forecasts, management reports and analysis.

*

Create resource plans including scheduling rotas and shift patterns and supporting the real-time operation of the department.

*

Use workforce management tools to optimise resource planning and scheduling processes, to achieve service levels.

*

Manage the production of departmental reporting requirements, including monthly department packs, daily/weekly reporting and/or dashboards.

*

Working with team managers to develop and record monthly reporting activity for the function ensuring timely production of reports and alignment with key meeting deadlines

*

Create a tracking and measurement system to ensure progress is monitored and reviewed against the strategy, operational plans and achievements of KPI's

*

Developing and implementing a planning, scheduling and reporting control capability for the Customer Experience areas

*

Develop the workforce planning capability to produce resource plans and shift patterns across the area, whilst managing KPI/SLA's and control the sites overtime budget.

*

To create new processes within the R&P department to ensure a consistent approach is maintained across all areas of the business.

*

To review all current processes and recommend changes within departments skills / experience required.

Excellent verbal and written skills and ability to communicate complex arguments in a structured and concise manner

o

Well-developed skills in all Microsoft packages including word, excel (intermediate level), Visio, Project and PowerPoint Strong planning and project management abilities

o

Experience of proprietary work force management systems and tools and their application in a contact centre environment
