Looking to take your construction experience in a new direction?
We’re recruiting for a Preservation Surveyor to join a respected contractor specialising in damp, timber, and structural repairs across residential and commercial properties.

This role is perfect if you’re already experienced in property preservation or if you’ve got a strong construction background and are ready to step away from the tools into a more technical, inspection-based role.

What you’ll do:

• Carry out property inspections, diagnosing damp, timber decay and structural issues

• Prepare clear reports and recommendations for remedial work

• Provide technical guidance and solutions for clients and teams

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in preservation or construction

• Strong problem-solving skills and eye for detail

• Excellent communication with a customer-first mindset

• Full UK driving licence
