Key Responsibilities
Conduct property viewings for prospective tenants and buyers
Represent the company professionally at all times
Answer basic property-related questions and gather feedback after viewings
Ensure properties are presented in good condition before viewings
Coordinate with the lettings or sales team to schedule appointments
Report any maintenance or presentation issues spotted during visits
Occasionally assist with property check-ins or inventories
What We're Looking For

Confident, punctual, and well-organised
Professional appearance and manner
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
Good knowledge of Edinburgh (desirable but not essential)
