Join a thriving conveyancing team in one of Edinburgh’s most charming neighbourhoods. 

We’re hiring a Property Administrator to support a friendly and fast-paced Residential Property team based in Morningside.

If you're organised, detail-driven, and enjoy helping clients during one of life’s biggest milestones, this could be your ideal next move.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Drafting client letters and legal documents

  • Submitting property searches (Local Authorities, RoS)

  • Preparing LBTT and Land Registration forms

  • Assisting with fee notes and invoicing

  • Liaising with clients, lawyers, and property professionals

  • Supporting AML compliance and onboarding checks

What You’ll Bring:
