Reed Accountancy is excited to be assisting a well-established organisation within their specific sector with their recruitment process as they seek to find an experienced finance assistant who can assist with the day to day running of the finance function along with ad hoc operational and HR duties also.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Assist with day-to-day finance operations, including processing invoices, expenses, and reconciliations.
  • Assist with Year-End audit queries.
  • Support the Finance Manager and Finance associate in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal policies.
  • Support HR processes, including onboarding, record-keeping, and payroll coordination.
  • Assist with employee benefits administration.
  • Assist in managing suppliers and other stakeholders’ relationships, and general facilities maintenance.
  • Contribute to process documentation and administrative tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and finance software.
