We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established organisation based in the North London area, seeking a Compliance Support Officer to support the Technical Services team. This is a busy role ideal for someone organised, detail-oriented, and confident working across multiple systems. Candidates with experience in statutory electrical compliance will be highly regarded.

This is a hybrid position, with one day per week in the office (Tuesday) and the remainder worked remotely. The contract runs initially to July 2025, with potential for extension.

Key Duties:

  • Review risk assessments, service records, and raise necessary repairs/actions.

  • Monitor completion of actions and update internal systems.

  • Upload compliance documentation to internal systems accurately.

  • Arrange appointments for statutory checks and liaise with contractors and residents.

  • Handle compliance queries professionally, ensuring strong audit trails.

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

  • Administrative experience within compliance, housing, property services or building safety.

  • Preferably, knowledge of statutory electrical compliance.

  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

  • Proficiency with MS Office and document management systems.

  • Clear communication skills and a proactive approach to workload.
