Are you an experienced claims professional with a strong understanding of third-party liability? We're seeking a Claims Handler to manage a portfolio of Third-Party Vehicle Damage and Property Damage Claims. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and is confident handling complex and high-value cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of Third-Party Vehicle and Property Damage Claims from initial notification to settlement.

  • Prioritise and organise your own claims portfolio while supporting team responsibilities.

  • Conduct thorough investigations and liaise across departments to determine liability.

  • Handle complex cases, including disputes on liability and high-value claims.

  • Communicate professionally with Solicitors, Insurers, and Accident Management Companies.

  • Recognise and escalate potential fraudulent activity.

  • Ensure a consistently high level of customer service and communication with all parties involved.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in motor or property claims handling, particularly third-party claims.

  • Strong understanding of liability assessment and claims legislation.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously.

  • High attention to detail and ability to analyse and investigate claims thoroughly.
