We're seeking a Claims Handler to manage a portfolio of Third-Party Vehicle Damage and Property Damage Claims. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and is confident handling complex and high-value cases.
Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of Third-Party Vehicle and Property Damage Claims from initial notification to settlement.

Prioritise and organise your own claims portfolio while supporting team responsibilities.

Conduct thorough investigations and liaise across departments to determine liability.

Handle complex cases, including disputes on liability and high-value claims.

Communicate professionally with Solicitors, Insurers, and Accident Management Companies.

Recognise and escalate potential fraudulent activity.

Ensure a consistently high level of customer service and communication with all parties involved.
Requirements

Proven experience in motor or property claims handling, particularly third-party claims.

Strong understanding of liability assessment and claims legislation.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously.

High attention to detail and ability to analyse and investigate claims thoroughly.

Experience dealing with legal representatives and external partners is a plus.
