Sales and Office Administrator


Cantello Tayler Recruitment are recruiting for a Sales and Office Administrator to join their client who is based near Englefield Green, Berkshire. The role will support the sales team and ensure the smooth day to day running of the office.

This is a fully office-based role, working Monday - Friday 9am-5.30pm.

Due to location this role would best suit a driver. Competitive salary and benefits.

Sales and Office Administrator duties include:

  • Sales Support
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare quotes and sales documentation
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with customer and sales data
  • Track orders, deliveries, and payments, following up where required
  • Act as a point of contact for customer queries via email and phone
  • Assist with sales reporting
  • Manage general office and logistics administration and filing systems
  • Order office and business supplies and manage stock levels
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Liaise with service providers
  • Assist with projects across sales, marketing, and operations
  • Help prepare presentations, reports, and internal documents
  • Ensure the office always runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Ensure all office policies and procedures (e.g., fire safety, health & safety) are kept up to date and fully compliant with current regulations

Sales and Office Administrator required skills, knowledge, and experience:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or sales support role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Desirable but not essential
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM system
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and order management
  • Experience in a B2B environment
