Senior Resource Coordinator

Location: Egham
Salary: 28,000 - 33,000

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global AV integrator for an experienced Senior Resource Coordinator to join their support services team in Egham. This role is fully on site with a potential of hybrid.

This role is responsible for managing the schedules and deployment of Field Service Engineers within an SLA-driven environment, ensuring high levels of service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage engineer scheduling for reactive, planned, and quoted works

  • Oversee PMVs and engineer utilisation

  • Act as the key link between the Service Desk and Field Service Engineers

  • Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and service standards are consistently met

  • Maintain accurate ETAs and updates within the CRM system

  • Manage engineer holidays, absences, and capacity planning

  • Support service improvement initiatives and handle escalations



Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in resource coordination or service scheduling

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach

  • Experience using ticketing systems and CRM platforms (Dynamics preferred)

  • AV, VC, or technology services background advantageous
