About Us:Represented by Reed Education, we are on the lookout for a passionate and enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join our vibrant team. You will lead and support a small group of pupils, guiding them towards achieving their EHCP outcomes at our independent alternative provision for 11-16 year olds.
Your Role:As an SEN Teacher, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Personalised Teaching: Craft and deliver individual curriculums tailored to each pupil's unique needs.
- Progress Monitoring: Take charge of pupils' progress, maintaining high yet adaptable expectations for behaviour.
- Creative Planning: Design engaging lessons and innovative schemes of work.
- Continuous Assessment: Conduct ongoing evaluations of pupils' learning and development.
- Inspiration & Support: Motivate, support, and inspire pupils to reach their full potential.
- Reporting: Provide termly reports and continuously reassess and adapt strategies to meet individual needs.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with pupils, parents/carers, professionals, and colleagues.
