Accounts Administrator

We are seeking an Accounts/Admin Assistant who is confident and efficient in handling inbound calls and managing various Accounts administrative tasks. This role involves significant interaction with customers and requires a professional with a confident telephone manner and strong organisational skills.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Raise invoices and ensure they are accurate and timely.
  • Enter daily bank transactions with high accuracy.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations to ensure all financial records are correct.
  • Manage credit control processes to ensure timely payments and financial health.
  • Handle inbound calls from customers, retailers, and claims efficiently.
  • Navigate and manage the warranty portal effectively.
  • Respond to emails from retailers promptly.
  • Order parts as required and manage the logistics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in handling financial documents such as invoices and bank transactions.
  • Ability to perform reconciliations and basic accounting tasks.
  • A confident and professional phone manner.
  • Organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
