? What You'll Be Doing:-
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursing home

Leading and motivating a dedicated team to deliver outstanding care

Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and company policies

Managing budgets, occupancy, and staffing levels efficiently

Building strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders

Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a care home

A valid NMC pin (preferred but not essential if you have strong management experience)

Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
