- Lead financial operations across a portfolio of pubs
- Business partner with operations and senior leadership
- Own key P&L lines and drive performance insights
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Contribute to systems and process improvements
- Analyse financial performance and identify growth opportunities
- Develop and maintain KPIs to track and improve results
- Lead on budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Provide commercial insights to non-financial stakeholders
- Support wider business projects and change initiatives
- Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
- 5+ years’ experience in finance, including commercial or managerial roles
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused
- Salary: £50,000 – £70,000 depending on experience
