Lead financial operations across a portfolio of pubs
Business partner with operations and senior leadership
Own key P&L lines and drive performance insights
Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
Contribute to systems and process improvements

Main DutiesYou’ll be the go-to finance contact for operational teams and a key player in strategic initiatives:

Analyse financial performance and identify growth opportunities
Develop and maintain KPIs to track and improve results
Lead on budgeting and forecasting cycles
Provide commercial insights to non-financial stakeholders
Support wider business projects and change initiatives

The Successful CandidateWe’re looking for a commercially minded finance leader with strong communication skills:

Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
5+ years’ experience in finance, including commercial or managerial roles
Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
Confident working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused
