The Role
As an Optical Assistant, you will:
- Provide friendly, professional support to every customer
- Assist with dispensing lenses and frames
- Support the team to deliver a first-class customer experience
- Contribute to the smooth running of the store on busy weekends

We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in optics (essential)
- Confident working in a busy retail environment
- Approachable, organised and customer-focused
- Flexible to work weekends on a regular basis
