Compliance Administrator Location: Wirral
Sector: Education/ Training/ Coaching Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum based on experience Type: PermanentHours: Full Time, 9am- 5pm Monday to Friday office hours - Hybrid Options available As a Complience Administrator you will:
Identify any gaps in learner referral data, collect and input information in learner tracking records, currently the BD Learner Data spreadsheet, ensuring accuracy and eligibility
To telephone potential learners to obtain information and ensure eligibility for funding
To provide basic information to potential learners on apprenticeships and other programmes to promote engagement in DHA services
To follow up any issues with employers and learners e.g. care certificates, dbs., mobile numbers, email addresses
To monitor and maintain excel trackers by moving learners and updating
To deal with any queries that become apparent and seeking support from colleagues
Ensuring potential learners are allocated a VLE initial assessment account and team managers and trainers are informed
Monitoring initial assessments to ensure these are completed, sending reminders to learners and escalating when not resolved.
Booking sign-ups/inductions with learner, employer and trainer
To collate weekly and monthly data for BD/operations weekly meeting and SLT
To collate and input feedback from team including BDT, Trainers and Team Managers to ensure learner trackers are accurate and up to date
To assist in preparation for employer reviews, collating information for BD team for reviews (including team managers feedback from trainers from RAG meetings)
Promote Employer engagement in surveys both internal and external, recording survey outcomes and reporting to SLT
To assist in supporting employers to access e-portfolio to access reports and complete e signatures
To invigilate learner tests online
To participate in team meetings to ensure planning, monitoring and reporting
To maintain and develop skills through learning and training
To participate and actively contribute to improving service standards and service development.
To carry out any other duties deemed reasonable by their line manager
