Please be advised that this is a part time position, working 37.5hrs/5 days, Monday to Sunday. Keyholder duties are included.
Main Purpose
Assist the Store Manager/Assistant Manager in the smooth running of the store in order to achieve sales and cost targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as keyholder and ensure that the store is opened and locked up according to Company security procedures.
- Assist in the day-to-day operation of the store ensuring that all customers are greeted and helped with their product selection.
- Deputise in the absence of the Store Manager/Assistant Manager.
- Process all sales transactions quickly and efficiently.
- Assist with implementing shop merchandising.
- Assist with carrying out stock takes.
- Assist in receiving and sorting stock deliveries, ensuring that all relevant paperwork is completed.
- Ensure the store is clean and tidy by carrying out housekeeping duties.
