A respected architectural practice based in Ely is looking for a talented Architectural Technician to join its close-knit team. Known for delivering high-quality architecture across residential, leisure, commercial and workplace sectors, the practice offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful, well-crafted projects with a strong emphasis on technical detailing and buildability.

The Role:
- Support and lead project delivery through all RIBA stages
- Produce and coordinate detailed technical drawing packages
- Liaise with clients, contractors and consultants
- Ensure technical compliance and project delivery to deadlines and budgets
- Contribute to sustainable design and technical detailing
- Prepare construction documentation, specifications and schedules
Requirements for the Architectural Technician role:
- HNC/HND or a degree in Architectural Technology
- CIAT membership desirable
- Proven experience delivering UK projects
- Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and technical standards
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in Revit and ArchiCAD is beneficial
- Based within commuting distance of Ely
