Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to existing customers to upsell, cross-sell
- Support and maintain a strong sales pipeline from enquiry to order
- Keep customer data up to date in a CRM
- Work with Marketing to share promotional materials and campaigns
- Cover and support regional sales teams as needed
- Share insights and opportunities with the wider sales team to drive growth
The ideal candidate will have a strong telephone presence and the ability to multi-task, high attention to details, and the ability to prioritise and manage your time effectively.
