An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager to join our clients team. This role is key to ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance, with a strong focus on production and technical oversight. Duties to Include:
- Ensure compliance with Inspection and Test Plans across all manufactured products
- Maintain and update approved company designs, working closely with the Technical Team
- Maintain regular communication with Technical and Quality Teams across the company
- Support product and material trials as well as innovation initiatives
- Stay current with industry advancements and apply new knowledge to improve processes
- Perform additional duties as requested by Senior Management to support business objectives
- Prepare and deliver detailed technical and management reports
Experience/Skills Required:
- A highly motivated, adaptable professional with the confidence and initiative to take ownership of their work
- Organised and methodical, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a small team
- Proficient with standard IT systems and able to effectively use internal communication platforms
- Analytical and methodical approach to solving technical issues
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
- Full UK driving license required
- Must have experience within the construction industry
Hours of Work
Monday- Friday 40 hours
