Day-to-day of the role:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, focusing on generating new and repeat business.
- Gain new instructions for properties to market and effectively market these properties to potential buyers.
- Prepare detailed and attractive property brochures with photos and descriptions.
- Engage in local area canvassing through door knocking and leaflet dropping.
- Ensure all properties adhere to health and safety standards.
- Upsell additional products and complete contracts on properties.
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
- Experience as an Estate Agent, ready to take the next step in your career.
- Excellent team collaboration skills and a supportive nature towards management and colleagues.
- Renowned for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work independently with strong initiative.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft packages with strong IT skills.
- Excellent telephone manner and strong attention to detail.
