Are you a caring and committed individual with experience supporting children with SEND? A welcoming primary school in Emsworth is seeking a teaching assistant to join their team and make a meaningful impact in the classroom.
About the Role:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SEND
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
- Help create a nurturing and structured learning environment
- Support pupils with emotional regulation, communication, and independence
- Contribute to the development of personalised learning plans
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with children with SEND in a school or care setting
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive approach to supporting learning and wellbeing
- Relevant qualifications or training in SEND (desirable but not essential)
