Responsibilities:
Processing purchase invoices
Gaining authorisation
Liaising with line managers for authorisation
Organising payments
Allocating transactions onto the system
General finance related duties
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience within a purchase ledger function
Used to dealing with high volume invoice processing
Strong communication skills at all levels
Good IT skills including Excel
Able to work to deadlines
Team player
