Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for an Administrator on behalf of a well-known company in the Transport sector.
Job Role
Your primary responsibility as a Senior Team Administrator for the Maintenance Team will be supporting the back-office operation for the Maintenance Team North and Central London
Duties to include but not limited to:
- Planning and arranging Permits,
- Printing and coordinating Periodic Inspection information,
- Challenging and processing parking charge notices
- Raising purchasing orders and sub contractor requests
- Ordering items for the maintenance team,
- Collating and submitting claims for RTI
Requirements for this position:
- Extensive experience within an administrative capacity
- Ideally SAP & ERP experience
- Microsoft office experience including excel
