We are currently seeking an experienced tech-savvy HR Systems Coordinator/Administrator to join this well-established business in the local Enfield area.

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in HR Systems Administration, Management Information, and broader Human Resources initiatives.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Act as the lead administrator for the HR Information System (Cascade) and our integrating applicant tracking system (Networx).
  • Generate regular management reports and conduct employee surveys.
  • Provide support for change programmes.
  • Review and improve processes of the full employee life cycle.
  • Ensure strict adherence to HR policies and procedures.
  • Work as part of a close-knit team of HR and Recruitment professionals, providing comprehensive HR support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • CIPD qualified or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working within a Human Resources setting with knowledge of HR information systems, processes, and employment legislation.
  • Strong experience in HRIS administration including ATS and rota scheduling.
  • Good organisation skills – ability to prioritise, plan, and manage demanding work priorities.
  • Ideally, previous experience in the service/care/health sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail – able to audit processes and the work of others.
  • Strong IT skills: advanced user of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Forms.
