They are recruiting for a hardworking Water Treatment Engineer to undertake a range of ACOP L8 compliance duties as well as maintaining excellent relationships with clients and high work standards. Experience / Qualifications:
- Will have experience working for a well-established outfit as a Water Treatment Engineer
- Excellent understanding of HSG 274 and ACOP L8 guidelines
- Hardworking attitude
- Comfortable discussing technical matters directly with clients
- Good literacy and IT skills
- Flexible to travel as needed
The Role:
- Working across a mixed portfolio of client sites, including: commercial, industrial, local authority and public sector
- Showerhead descales
- Flushing of little used outlets
- TMV servicing
- Cleans & disinfections on CWST
- Closed system sampling and analysis
- Chlorinations on cooling towers
- Basic remedial duties such as valve replacements and pipework adjustments
- Completing regular service reports
- Meeting with clients to discuss work progress and answer any technical queries
