Remuneration: £50,000 £65,000 + performance related bonus

The role of the Contracts Manager Flat Roofing Systems will involve:
Contracts Manager position dealing with various flat roofing systems such as: bitumen membrane systems, single ply systems, hot melt waterproofing, cold applied liquid systems, insulation & green roofs
- Overseeing all aspects of the Contracts Team: management, surveying, financial, contractual, planning, leadership and communication
- Assisting with the preparation of quality bids, pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs), and other presentations as required
- Maintaining good working knowledge of current contracts, acts, and legislation
- Responsible for accepting, approving, and issuing contracts and subcontracts
- Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conducting regular site visits to all projects to ensure that they are running smoothly
- Managing projects ranging in value from £100k up to circa £3m
The ideal applicant will be Contracts Manager Flat Roofing Systems with:
Must have Contracts Management experience within flat roofing market sector
Experience dealing with Tier 1 contractors
Must be confident in resolving any project related issues in a professional manor
Must be an outgoing character who will be an integral part of the team
Excellent communication skills across all levels both written and verbal
IT literate (Microsoft Office)
Effective time management, leadership and organisational skills
Ability to work as part of a team
