Job Title: Cover Site Manager
Location: Enfield
Project: New Build Industrial Unit (Demolition Stage)
Duration: 2 Weeks
Rate: £270 per day
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to provide short-term cover on a new build industrial unit in Enfield, currently at the demolition stage. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for managing site operations, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee demolition and initial groundworks

Enforce health & safety protocols on site

Manage subcontractor activity and site logistics

Maintain site diaries and progress reports
Requirements:

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (all valid)

Previous experience managing industrial or commercial builds

Ability to take control quickly and communicate effectively
