Main Duties and Responsibilities As a Finance Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the business by providing outstanding financial services.
Your key responsibilities will include:o Calculating and updating monthly payments to schools using the schools advances systemo Completing financial reconciliations and resolving any discrepancieso Reviewing and following up on monthly and quarterly school finance returnso Liaising with internal departments and schools to address querieso Proactively identifying and supporting process improvements
Skills & Experience? We’re looking for someone with:o Strong numeracy and literacy skillso High attention to detail and accuracyo Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlooko Good accounting skillso Experience working in finance and confidence in resolving queries with people at all levels
This role offers flexible hybrid working, with an expectation to attend the office at least one day every other week. Additional in-office days may be required depending on service needs.
