Learning Support Assistant - The Role

A vibrant and inclusive primary school in Enfield is seeking a committed Learning Support Assistant to work 1:1 with a small number of KS1 pupils who present with ADHD and Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD). These students require calm, firm and consistent support to engage positively in the classroom. This full-time position starts ASAP and has strong potential to become permanent. Experience with behaviour management and SEN is essential.
