The role of the Internal Sales Executive Plumbing & Heating Products will involve:

Internal Sales Executive position selling a range of plumbing and heating products

Selling into main contractors, sub-contractors, plumbing contractors, and mechanical contractors

Reactively dealing with inbound sales enquiries via telephone and email

Possessing a good technical understanding of the product range to advise clients and deal with any queries

Making outbound calls to clients, upselling and cross selling where possible

Processing orders for customers then liaising internally to ensure their delivery

Liaising and working with the external sales team

Keeping internal system up to date

Order values range from £50 up to £200k call off orders. Targeted with circa £500k annual turnover once up and running

The ideal applicant will be an Internal Sales Executive Plumbing & Heating Products with:

Must have EITHER office based sales experience OR a sound understanding of plumbing, heating & mechanical services

Plumbers/Heating Engineers looking to come off the tools would be considered

Construction sales experience would be highly advantageous

Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Strong interpersonal and relationship building abilities

Excellent customer service skills

Highly organised and focused with strong time management skills

Self-motivated, confident, driven and ambitious
