About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Automotive Paint Sprayer to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional, high-quality finishes on a variety of vehicles, using your expertise from preparation to final inspection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, and applying primers.

  • Expertly mix and match paints to achieve perfect colour matches.

  • Apply paint using spray guns to ensure a flawless, even finish free from imperfections.

  • Conduct detailed touch-ups and final finishing work.

  • Perform quality inspections on completed work to ensure it meets the highest industry standards.

  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.

  • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored.

  • Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

  • Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain workflow and meet deadlines.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within an automotive environment.

  • Demonstrable ability to manage the full paint process, from preparation to completion, to a high standard.

  • Specific, hands-on experience with water-based paints.

  • A relevant qualification such as City & Guilds or equivalent ATA accreditation.

  • Strong, up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques and standards.

  • A stable and consistent work history.

  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
