Kenneth Brian Associates are working on an opportunity for a Financial Services organisation based in central Epsom, who are looking for an Administrator to join their team.
Working within a well established team, and alongside a busy Customer Service department, this role is responsible for the administration of a variety of Financial products, such as mortgages and savings accounts.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Mortgage administration for a variety of mortgage schemes
- Producing management and board reports
- Administration of mortgage arrears, providing statistical information and supporting legal recovery procedures
- Administration of deceased customer accounts
- Administration of daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Preparing standard and dictated letters
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Previous administration experience, ideally within a Financial Services environment or an interest in working within the Financial Services sector
- Experience of dealing with customers on the phone
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office, with the ability to learn new skills
- Attention to detail
This role is primarily office based, although there may be the opportunity to work from home occasionally.
