Facilities Mobile Maintenance Supervisor Facilities Management Surrey
Your new employer is a market leading FM service provider operating across the UK.
They are seeking an experienced facilities professional, who can join the team and take leading in the role of Mobile Maintenance Supervisor to support a successful contract with a local NHS Community Trust.
You will be supporting 50 Community Hub sites, working alongside an experienced team of facilities management professionals, with the key role of leading a team of maintenance engineers ensuring PPM and Reactive works are complete.
The ideal candidate will have HTM and SFG compliance knowledge, and be electrically bias.
Your New Role:
- Supervising a team of 9 multi-skilled maintenance engineers, ensuring Statutory Compliance and Planned & Reactive maintenance.
- Ensuring SLAs and KPIs are achieved for operational delivery for both PPM and Reactive maintenance activities.
- Ensuring SFG and HTM compliance across all sites.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients across all sites.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure maintenance activities do not disrupt site operations.
Salary & Package:
- £55,000.00 Per Annum + Overtime + Van & Fuel Card
- Monday Friday | 08:00 17:00
