Role:Electrical Building Service Engineer
Shift Pattern:Monday to Friday (With call outs 1 in 2)
Salary:£45,000 per annum with call out rates.
Type:Permanent
A fantastic opportunity has become available with Trevett Services to work with one of our largest clients. We are looking for an experienced ElectricalEngineerto join a busy facilities management team based at a client site inBurton on Trent. This is a permanent, full-time role covering planned and reactive maintenance tasks, working on a range of equipment and machinery.
Duties:- Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance.
- Diagnose and repair plant faults and defects to ensure continuous operation
- Keep accurate service and maintenance records
- Complete risk assessments and method statements for all tasks
- Work safely and professionally, maintaining excellent working relationships with on-site teams
- City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical qualification or equivalent
- 18th Edition is essential.
- 2391 Testing & Inspection would be ideal.
- Experience working within a Building Services or FM environment.
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety procedures.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg, work at heights, and use access equipment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive, reliable, and calm under pressure.
