What Youll Do
Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations
Lead and motivate the front-of-house team with positivity and clarity
Ensure an exceptional guest experience from the first greeting to the final farewell
Assist with scheduling, training, and maintaining service standards
Collaborate closely with the kitchen to provide seamless service
Help maintain a polished, inviting atmosphere at all times
What Were Looking For
Prior restaurant management or supervisory experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Calm under pressure and solution-focused
Passion for French cuisine, wine, and attentive hospitality
