- Producing accurate and timely monthly management accounts
- Assisting with tracking and reporting of financial KPIs, providing insights on the data
- Reporting on customer profitability
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Implementing the finance control framework and developing sustainable processes across the business
- Day to day bookkeeping- there are c30 sales invoices per month and c60 purchase invoices
- Oversee client billing, renewals, collections, and financial relationships
- Cash bookkeeping and bank reconciliations.
- Payments uploads on bank portals.
- Balance sheet accounts reconciliation.
- Review of P&L to ensure correct allocation and completeness.
- Preparation of monthly journals and posting after approval, this includes prepayments, accrued income, WIP, accruals, billing in advance, payroll and depreciation.
- Preparing and reviewing payroll for all entities, staff benefits and pension schemes, along with payroll tax submission.
- Ensuring all statutory tax and accounting compliance is promptly and accurately dealt with for all three countries
