Customer Retention Manager - 12-Month Fixed Term Contract

Are you a people-first leader who knows how to inspire performance and create exceptional customer experiences? We're looking for a Customer Retention Manager to lead a motivated team that's all about keeping customers happy, loyal, and coming back for more.

You'll head up a team of 7 (including two team leaders) in a fast-moving Sales department, focused on helping customers as they reach the end of their finance agreements. As they shift gears to include more proactive, outbound contact-especially in partnership with our dealer network-you'll be at the heart of shaping this exciting new direction.

�? What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead and inspire a growing retention team-coaching two team leaders and supporting high-performing advisors.

  • Drive strategy across inbound and outbound activity with a focus on delivering smart, personalised customer retention soloutions.

  • Champion the customer, identifying opportunities to improve satisfaction and boost loyalty at a key moment in the customer lifecycle.

  • Collaborate with dealerships and internal teams to ensure a smooth, consistent experience across every touchpoint.

  • Innovate and improve-bring fresh ideas that move the needle on retention results.

  • Proven leadership experience-especially in managing team leaders or supervisors.

  • A natural coach and mentor with a talent for building high-performing, engaged teams.

  • Ideally, experience in Financial Services or Automotive-but outstanding leadership is what matters most.

  • Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments, and experienced in both inbound and outbound customer operations.
