We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Scheduling Coordinator to join our client’s team in Epsom. In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end coordination of customer orders, ensuring timely dispatch and high levels of customer satisfaction.

You’ll work closely with their warehouse, procurement team, and suppliers, and be the go-to contact for delivery drivers.

Job Description:

  • Coordinate daily customer orders and ensure on-time, complete dispatch.
  • Liaise with warehouse, procurement, and suppliers to align stock and prep.
  • Schedule and book efficient daily delivery and installation routes (2-3 vehicles).
  • Optimise delivery plans for maximum efficiency and customer service.
  • Prepare delivery documentation and gather relevant access details from customers.
  • Monitor staff availability and plan for adequate delivery coverage.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for drivers, resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs to support overtime tracking.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in fulfilment and logistics processes.

Person Specification:

  • Experience in logistics, dispatch coordination, or order fulfilment.
  • Proven background in managing outbound deliveries and scheduling.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficient in CRM and logistics/scheduling software.
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and general office tools.
  • Familiarity with stock control systems (preferred).
