Funding Administrator

Are you someone with excellent attention to detail, enjoy working with numbers and want to be part of a fast-paced and supportive team? We're looking for a Wholesale Funding Executive to join a friendly team of 4, who support the operations behind a leading organisation.

This role is ideal for someone who is a strong communicator, confident with large figures (up to 50 - 60 million), and proficient in Excel (V/X-lookups, Pivot Tables and formulas are a must).

While an accounting background isn't required, you'll need to be comfortable navigating financial systems and figures. You'll play an essential part in ensuring the smooth and accurate flow of wholesale funding activities, working alongside internal teams and external partners.

What you'll do:

  • Setting up and maintaining account details and credit limits
  • Managing high-value funding transactions (up to 50 million)
  • Ensuring systems and records are accurate and compliant
  • Supporting internal audits and regulatory processes

What we're looking for:

  • Strong administrative or operations experience
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Great attention to detail and time management
  • A clear communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
  • Able to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines
