Role Overview:The successful candidate will oversee the lettings side of the business, handling appraisals, business generation, case progression, and relets. This pivotal role involves supporting two Property Managers with a portfolio of private residential rented properties. Responsibilities include ensuring maintenance, property inspections, contractor coordination, rent payments, renewal contracts, and dilapidations are managed to the highest standard, delivering the multi award-winning service that our client is renowned for.Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of local properties- Provide proactive service to landlords and clients- Flexibly manage your working day to maximise elite service, move in tenants, and efficiently conduct property visits- Handle tenancy renewals and dilapidations- Proactively manage maintenance and arrange contractors- Secure business and relets- Ensure full regulatory compliance across the business and portfolioAbout You:- Motivated and hardworking, complementing the existing team- Possess self-initiative and autonomy to problem-solve- Basic understanding of CRM systems (full training provided)- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills- Enthusiastic and proactive attitude- Hold a full UK driving licence- Experience in a similar role or administration-based position- Knowledge and understanding of lettings and property management
