Location: ErithSalary: £36,300.00 + benefits + bonusVarious shifts available including ; 06.00 - 14.00 or 14.00 - 22.00 or 22.00 - 06.00Summary: Working in a multi-user food distribution environment managing the effective and efficient operation of the warehouse with some weekend working. Ensure receiving, storage, picking and distribution of goods is achieved within KPI and budgetary constraints whilst leading and engaging a team and maintaining a safe and harmonious working environment.Key Responsibilities:* Motivating a team of c 30 staff to meet targets and deadlines* Promoting a positive and rewarding work environment* Manage team capabilities and develop to deliver exceptional customer service* Deliver a proactive and preventative approach to Health and SafetyKey Skills/Experience:* Proven supervisory experience within a warehouse environment* Previous food distribution or multi temp experience preferred* Able to achieve targets in a fast paced, highly pressured operation* Good written and verbal communication skills* Able to work a fixed shift pattern including some weekends
