We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Administrator to join our client's team. This role involves a wide range of administrative tasks, from document management and data & risk management to supporting internal audits and ensuring compliance with various regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Document Management: Handle onboarding and off-boarding of clients and suppliers, maintain contractual documents, and complete 'Know Your Customer' checks.
  • Data & Risk Management: Keep trackers and files up to date, manage supplier compliance documentation, and assist with due diligence on clients and suppliers.
  • Quality Improvement: Support the administration of internal audits and inspections and assist in maintaining health & safety procedures.
  • Customer Service: Manage customer enquiries, support team members, and assist with maintaining client and supplier relationships.
  • Company Meetings: Take minutes, manage meeting agendas and follow-ups.
  • Directors Support: Provide administrative support to the Directors.
  • Compliance Checks: Conduct right to work checks, manage IR35 status determination records, and ensure GDPR compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organizational abilities with the capability to manage multiple tasks.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to plan, monitor, and manage workloads effectively.
