We are seeking acreative, driven, and highly experienced Head Chefto take the lead at our high-end restaurant located in the heart ofleafy Surrey. This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a premium kitchen, where quality, creativity, and consistency are paramount.
About the RoleAs Head Chef, you will:
- Lead, inspire and develop a talented brigade in a modern, well-equipped kitchen.
- Design and execute exceptional seasonal menus with a focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
- Maintain the highest standards of presentation, hygiene, and consistency.
- Work closely with ownership and the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Control stock, manage budgets and ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- You Will BringProven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in a fine-dining or high-end brasserie environment.
- A passion for British and European cuisine, with a flair for seasonal and innovative dishes.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities calm, confident, and respected by your team.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety, kitchen management, and cost control.
- A desire to deliver a refined, memorable dining experience every service.
Salary up to£55,000 depending on experience.
