- You should be a time-served apprentice with significant experience in electrical systems working in a “true multi-skilled” capacity. Previous experience in an electrical apprenticeship,
- ONC/HNC in engineering, NVQ or C&G level 3 in mechanical engineering is crucial.
- Experience in maintaining, testing, installing and fault diagnosis on electrical plant equipment safely and efficiently.
- Knowledge and awareness of health and safety issues are crucial.
- The work requires you to work in confined spaces with the successful completion of appropriate training.
- A valid driving licence is essential and all necessary equipment, such as vehicles and tools, are provided.
- To be a self-motivated individual who can immerse oneself into the team around, you need to be very disciplined, have the desire to learn from those around you and have a can-do attitude. This role can be demanding at times but very rewarding, too.
- Take Ownership of responding quickly to faults, being curious to understand the problem fully, and identifying the best solution to resolve it the first time.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with the team.

- Must be prepared to be trained in safety procedures.

- Offering base salary up to ÂŁ39,000 per annum plus standby & overtime opportunity. increasing earning by a potential ÂŁ8,000 - ÂŁ10,000.
- 24 days holiday per year, increasing to 28 with the length of service. (Plus bank holidays)
