Financial Controller
Located: South Derbyshire
Salary range: 65,000 - 75,000 (commensurate with experience)

The company is rapidly expanding and increasing staff numbers to match resource requirements, this comes with the opportunity to scope out a newly created Financial Controller position within the business. This would be a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance leader who can use their extensive skills and knowledge to shape future finance systems and processes to support ongoing expansion plans.
As part of the Senior Management Team, you will be tasked with leading the Business Financial Controlling and Management Reporting activities. Delivering accurate and timely financial information and establishing and maintaining a robust control environment and a culture of continuous improvement; coordinating the financial business planning, control, and budgeting processes.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Must be an experienced finance leader (Qualified or By Experience)
- Prior experience, or relatable experience, as a Financial Controller
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards
- Demonstratable record of driving process improvements and optimizing financial operations
