This position is full-time, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, with hybrid working options available.
The Executive Support Officer will receive:

- Deliver accurate, detailed minutes for high-level meetings with clear action tracking
- Provide executive-level support, including diary management, inbox management, and meeting organisation
- Prepare and format professional reports for Boards, Committees, and the Executive Team
- Coordinate meetings (in-person and virtual) including agendas, logistics, and follow-up actions
- Take ownership of office administration tasks such as stationery orders, franking machine top-ups, and purchase orders
- Support the Executive Support Manager and Executive Directors with ad hoc projects and reporting
- Proven minute taking experience with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy (essential)
- Previous experience providing senior-level executive or administrative support
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge and/or experience of Housing Ombudsman cases or working within housing/regulatory environments (desirable)
- Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality at all times
